1. The Atlantic Ocean.
2. Because the Tajo also flows through Portugal.
3. Some are long and some are short. The long ones have a variable regime and the short ones a stable regime.
4. The rivers that flow into the East Mediterranean can be short or long. The rivers that flow into th South Mediterranean are short.
